Paula Thatcher, OD

My husband and I both appreciate the excellent eye care we receive from Dr Paula Thatcher. She takes the time to provide a thorough eye exam and answer all our questions. We never feel rushed. All of her support staff are friendly and helpful. We have returned to this location for both our eye care needs for over 5 years. Highly recommended.

I walked in on 07-02-2022 maybe around 12:15-12:20pm (check the security camera for a more accurate time. No one was at the desk so I thought perhaps one person was manning the desk and was busy with a customer, so I patiently sat down in the waiting area. A few minutes later, 3-4 people came back and sat at the desk. Over the next 40+ minutes, I heard them discuss their favorite TV shows(Shameless,) tacos joints near Covington, KY, and how dude has been dating his girlfriend for 8 years and how they have a cat. At least 4 Dr's were walking around as well. At least 6 different customers walked in and were promptly greeting courteously, politely, and professionally. I sat there for the better part of an hour and not one single employee at this location greeted me, asked if I had already been helped, or if I needed help. I chose this location due to being much closer than my original location. I'd rather spend the extra money on gas and go back to my original location. Good thing I wasn't a mystery shopper or one of those undercover bosses.

Myself and 2 of my kids have all seen Dr. Kingsolver. She's so patient and kind with my kids. The techs are also so great with the kids.

Friendly and so helpful! Michelle went above and beyond! We appreciate her exemplary customer service!

Dr. Thatcher and her staff are the best.
