One thing I do not like is being ignored as a customer, especially when there is only one other person in the store. How hard is it to say "Welcome to Pearl Vision, take a look around and I'll be with you in a moment." ...see how simple and pleasant that is. Well you won't get that here. I'll just take my insurance and money across the street to Visionworks.

Terrible customer service. I arrived around 515pm on 12/29. There were 2 individuals working( a taller brown skin guy & a caucasian woman) Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. There was no one else in the store. The guy was occupied on an Ipad and the woman sat down and loudly watched a movie or video on her phone. I asked if they were having an okay day as they both seem disassociated and not wanting to help. The guy became combative... walked away mumbling then to proceed to say something along the lines of not dealing with this & he's off work. I proceeded to leave and take my business to Lenscrafter... as a consistent client of Pearle Vision I will not be returning in the future.

I came in to show my daughter the new Ray-Ban META glasses and make an appointment for my family to get new glasses. I looked forward to purchasing some smart glasses and vision frames for the family. I was insulted by Rebecca (Becky) when I inquired about their Meta display not working. My partner and I repair Ray-Ban demo boxes and this store was next on our list. He attempted to show Becky his credentials to repair the box and she refused. She took the box from the counter and asked my family to leave the store. This location was next to Mi Cozumel. I'm glad there's more than one location in the mall. The other location was much better. Tiffany was very helpful.

I've only had great experiences with this Pearl Vision location. Dr. Dawson has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to listen to me and to explain each step of the exam. The other staff are equally as wonderful. They made the effort to ensure I was getting the best price possible on both glasses and contacts. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this office to anyone!!

We were seen by Berdy and I just want to give him a shout out. He was excellent, very clearly interested in helping us make the best decision for my daughter even if it involved us going elsewhere. He was also very thorough, catching when our eye doctor made a specific but unusual request on the prescription. My daughter ended up finding glasses at a different store that she liked better but I would feel comfortable going back to Pearle vision, was very satisfied with the service we got.
