I have been coming here for years. As far as customer service, great place and nice staff. Doctor Harpering was all I've ever been to, and he's nice as well. This is a one star solely based on the fact that I've been waiting for my annual appointment (obviously all year) and the DAY OF, they tell me that they no longer accept my insurance. You can't go anywhere and have your insurance accepted if you are not making a lot of money. Being denied for eyes and oral care is beyond me. This is sad.

My Husband has been a customer for about 6 years now. Always like the service. If it wasn't for a certain staff whom helped my husband with the kind of glasses he has. I wouldn't never have him come back to do service. But thank God they helped us and we're appreciative of that.

Wish I could give them zero start I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an eye exam when I walked in I had a seat waiting to be called to be helped with a lady is on the phone and another lady is just sitting there so man sitting next to me ask was it co pay and she ask him for his information and her him sign in the lady who was on the phone had told her that I was here before him she ask me for my name and couple minutes late she say you will have to schedule another appointment because I was 15 minutes late and the lady told her I had been there since she been on the phone I wasn't late. But she still turnt me down it already bad enough I had to wait to get an appointment since October

I've had some glasses coming in. I tried calling them 4 days in a row. I could not get an answer or call back. I've tried 2 to 3 times a day for 4 days. Show on the 5th day I sent my wife in to see if my glasses were in. The lady got very rude with her and told her I could have called. LOL. Colerain Avenue Location
