My experience with CEI was excellent. Dr. Nuchikat saw me as an emergency patient, he and his team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable,, providing education and treatment for my diagnosis.

I have again had service at Cincinnati Eye Institute. As I have previously reported, I rate the service I have received as 100% SATISFIED. The doctor listened to my concerns, and we discussed what my treatment will be going forward. I will be scheduling my next procedure at my next in office visit.

Before my car wreck in august of 2025 I could see great.i wore reading glasses (150)every once in a while & i was the night time driver.i drive everywhere in the evening or night time my wife hates driving at night. So after my car wreck I was sitting still in traffic and a car driver not paying attention hit me at 55mph. I was really sore and I'm bed with a head ache for 4 days I noticed that the night time lights was to bright suns I seen tunnels and it got worse everyday. So I went to Pearl vision they did test on me and referred me to CEI and Eastgate so I went and seen them there and they did their test and seen my eyes had some damage (scrapes/bruises) so he referred me to the specialist at the CEI in blue Ash. I was really scared and my anxiety was terrible I rescheduled my first two appointments. I didn't understand what A traumatic cataract was & was it even for real. Well my 3rd appointment I was going to reschedule again until the lady working the check in desk explained to me what was going on with my eyes and what a traumatic cataract wall. so a long story short, I seen the awesome Doctor Shockman and she did surgery on both my eyes and now everything is great again no more headaches, I'm back to night time driving. I would like to say thank you to Dr. Shockman and her staff very professional nice and they all do a very excellent job. God bless you all. And happy new years!!!!! So happy to have a CEI doc again and from first impressions a good one. While I miss my two Dr Faulkners-both good docs, my new one is likely as good and I expect him to grow on me even more! So appreciative that he could see me quickly. Loved that he looked directly at me and talked to me instead of 'at' me. I'll be back, Dr Nuchikat!

I liked the doctor I seen, but the woman who took me back & did the initial assessment taking my info, doing the glaucoma test & what not was rude. Would ask me a question & before I could answer the 1st question, she'd interrupt & ask the 2nd question abruptly. I did ask her if I could please answer the original question before moving on..then as she performed the eye chart test, as I was naming off the letters, she says 'ok, that's enough' & dismissed me..I told her, you do know I have an infection in my eye right?? & She said, ok, go ahead..I didn't like the way she made me feel at all. I don't want her ever again.

Oh my can never remember names but absolutely everyone that took care of me today and always are wonderful. Professionalism and care is top notch every visit! Thank you!

My cataract surgery went well i was done in 10 mins with no pain.1 more to go and i'm looking forward to it. Very easy and professional!!!!!!!

Everything was fine. The surgeon was excellent, as she was two years ago when she operated on my right eye. The staff was very efficient, kind, and professional. Thank you.
