SVS Vision Optical Centers

Don't recommend the "remote doctor" they offer here. I went in for an appointment and the doctor said my eyes got worse but after he disconnected, they printed my prescription and the new prescription is weaker than what I already had (as if my eyes had gotten better). I questioned it and was told "the doctors are just stressed and sometimes say stuff". Since it was a remote doctor and I can't talk to him again, the only way to make sure I don't pay for glasses that are the wrong prescription would be to come in and complete (and pay for) the entire exam again.

I love coming here. Rosie is amazing and worth a trillion dollars. She is very personable and empathetic and truly cares about the customers satisfaction and nowadays with so many places one could go to that service is what makes one a loyal customer. My loyalty definitely lies here and I will be recommending everyone and anyone to come here

Honestly can't say enough good. Rosie for starters was wonderful, it was the end of the day and she was still film of energy and positivity. She really connects with you quick and you can feel the desire to deliver quality service. I can't remember the doctors name, but great guy as well. Easy to talk to, quick and efficient, very professional. I will likely not go elsewhere because of this service. Thank you everyone!

I was annoyed with my jobs change in vision insurance because it limited the choices in providers by quite a lot. When I was recommended SVS Vision, I had never heard of it and honestly I was hesitant because of that lol. From the moment I called and made my appt to walking in the door I was immediately impressed and relieved. The staff is ridiculously friendly and so patient. I have extensive eye issues so my vision care is important. I'm kicking myself for forgetting the young ladies name who helped me pick out glasses and completed the whole payment process stuff...she's amazing! Very knowledgeable and an eye for fashion. I literally decided on the glasses that she picked out. The doctor was phenomenal. Very detailed, super friendly and not robotic which is what I was used to at my old doctor. I cant say enough about this place. Wonderful experience hands down. If you are in search for a provider, go here!!!

Staff is always friendly and kind. Doctors are patient and respectful. Would recommend this optical center for all vision needs . They also talk a wide variety of insurance plans including state coverage.

This was a more than pleasant experience. From check-in to the eye exam, it was quick and efficient. Everyone here was super friendly! The Optician, Colleen, is great! She helped find frames that work for us, which sped up the process all the more. She's very knowledgeable and quite personable! We will definitely be back, and we will be asking for Colleen! The eye exam was AMAZING! The process is very thorough and the video portion with the doctor was great! Shout out to Colleen, who is very attentive, and to Ryan who is wonderful!
