Target Optical

My experience was AMAZING! Kate was so helpful from the beginning. She answered all out insurance questions and knew exactly what we needed when picking out glasses and ordering contacts. She es super sweet! Also, the entire optical team was welcoming and wanted to highlight them as well!

Our experience with Kate was unbelievable. She is literally an angel with wings. I made her promise never to leavetarget optical in Oakley. She has made our experience the best we have ever had at a target optical... Kate keep your promise!!!

Everybody is always really nice. And unlike other glasses stores, I never experience pushy employees! I especially like Katy as she's always genuine and helpful in helping me get a new pair of glasses that I like!

I had a great experience during my visit. Dr. Rufaro Mudzinganyama was friendly, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was addressed without feeling rushed. Bryan, the manager, really stood out -- he went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Katy was awesome. Very easy to work with and invested in finding you a pair of glasses that you like and meet all of your (many) qualifications. She was happy to run different pricing options. Bryan and Gary were also very friendly and helpful. 6/5

Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. And efficient. Couldn't ask for anything more. There is a constant flow of patients but Dr. Rufaro doesn't rush and gives everyone her full attention. Thank you Gary for tightening my glasses!

Had a terrible experience. Went in for a rather routine exam, left with a prescription. Note that this exam ONLY provided a prescription with a Sphere number for each eye. I got the glasses with the new prescription, and my left eye was in massive pain compared to my old ones. I made another appointment to discuss this after trying for a full week and a half in hopes I could adjust. Thankfully this visit was free of charge, because it was the worst visit I've ever had. I arrived at 1pm as per my appointment time. At 1:45, she called me in to put something in my eyes "but she wasn't dilating them." 20 minutes pass. She then spends time trying to tell me my glasses were too STRONG (noting that she *already* weakened the left eye last visit) or that they were manufactured incorrectly. She then proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot, ignore every statement I made, and then started mentioning astigmatism that never came up in the first visit. Lo and behold, she produces a "reprint" of my previous prescription that now includes a -0.50 cylinder adjustment she must've just *forgotten* last time. She then ushers me out, without even a word about the fact that she *did* dilate my eyes, and without any mention about it being unsafe to drive. She seemed all too eager to make the issues she caused be blamed on anyone or anything else. Not once was there an apology, or acknowledgement there was an error. I am never coming back to this location again, and my friend that referred me has also sworn off coming back because she got a play-by-play of the whole thing over text.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. It was a stress free and easiest appointment I ever experienced. I would highly recommend this eye doctor.
