When my glasses broke, I walked into Vision Care on a recommendation. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. My glasses needed a screw to hold a lens and they had what I needed and fixed my glasses in only a few minutes. He also installed new nose pads. Everything he did cost me nothing out of pocket. I was very impressed!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I walked in today for my eye appointment that I've been waiting a week for. I'm disabled with multiple conditions and I utilize a service dog. He is a medical alert & mobility assistance dog. I was told after already sitting there for 10 minutes (they didn't even realize he was there in that time) that dogs couldn't be in there. I told them he is a medical alert service dog and is legally allowed to accompany me wherever I go. I was told by their receptionist that wasn't even going to be near us that well he had allergies and we needed to tell them we had a service dog before coming in so they could schedule on a day he wasn't there. Which is illegal and discriminatory. According to the ADA law which they clearly weren't educated on allergies is not room for denial of a service dog. I will definitely be reporting this to the ADA as a violation. I am beyond appalled and upset especially after I waited a week for this appointment. If you are disabled and have a service dog you are not safe at this place. I recommend scheduling elsewhere.

Love the eye doctor. Only problem I had was not receiving any cleaner or at least an eyeglass case for our glasses. Especially with this being my first pair of glasses. Overall, it's a great eye care facility.

Do not go to this place! Took my daughter that has a service dog and we got an attitude due to the dog! Saying they don't allow dogs and that the guy working at the desk is allergic so they refused having any service dogs in the building. This is against the ADA regulations and will be turned it! Very rude with the way he refused the visit! I would give a 0 review if I could!!

A very safe & accommodating place for your eye health if you're lgbt+ -- it's hard to come by. A TOTAL gem, Dr. Mike Davis was so sweet and down to earth while examining my eyes. Outside of his optical work, he's an outstanding person to talk to about minority rights. I'd go to him over ANY doctor I've ever considered, 100%. They even used my preferred name and asked for pronouns I'd like in my file. No awkward questions or assumptions. I could've cried. Besides the great staff, they provided lots of frame designs and choices from my insurance, along with affordable upgrades if needed. I got an explanation about what was going on with my eyes, and a plan for what future care would look like. I can't wait to pick up my glasses!!

For years I've been going to eye doctors telling them the problem I'm having, ignore me and giving me glasses that give me headaches and still blurry vision at night. Well I went to vision care for the first time this week and Dr. Davis was super kind, actually was interested in my life and finally figured out and told me what was going on with my vision. Coy was also super kind and helpful and had no judgements on what style I wanted for glasses. Best eye care I've ever received.

Great place from the front desk to the Dr.! Clean , fast, knowledgeable, & kind .

Dr Davis and Coy were both very friendly and helpful! Truly the best experience I've ever had getting an eye exam. Dr Davis looked at my eyes, but I honestly felt he looked into my soul! Highly intelligent, compassionate and down to earth. I only wish my eyes weren't so healthy and I had a reason to go in more often.
