I stopped in after work this afternoon to get new frames and prescription glasses. Samantha was great from the start. She helped make account setup easy and link my insurance with my account within minutes. She walked me through the men's glasses and explained how each section was categorized by shape of lens, and further broken down by price. I probably spent 20 minutes looking through frames, but she was patient and didn't rush me at all. She even helped me decide between gold or silver sunglasses.
My experience with this location was great, and I recommend anyone who wants great service to reach out to Samantha for help!

I had a fantastic experience at Visionworks Kenwood. I was impressed by the selection of styles they offered, but the team there is really what makes this retailer shine! The entire staff is so friendly, Nichole helped me with my selection and fitting. I've had trouble in the past with my prescription location on my bifocal lenses. Nichole measured me for my lenses and the glasses turned out perfectly. She also did a thorough job of explaining the cost breakdown of the lenses, something no other optical retailer has done for me. I'll be visiting again!

I actually had a great experience with these folks. The optometrist was very friendly and professional. They got me in and out quickly. I had not planned on ordering my glasses there, but it turned out that they did offer the Transitions Xtractive lenses I wanted. They have some nice designer frame options, and they can run your VSP insurance directly so you don't have to file your own claim.
