I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kimberly Smith. She talks to you like a human being and cares about your health. She asked a lot of questions that has to do with your well-being and it is a great experience. If you also have questions she is willing to answer. the front desk and receptions are willing to help you to find glasses. I think that I would refer anyone here and it is a very very awesome day. Gagan was exceptional and knew his field. His conversation was so educational and taught me a lot on my frames and lenses to understand my services. He gave me the dates and answered all my concerns. Great job to this Walmart vision center. The office was very pleasant. Overall great job and customer experience for me.

I do not recommend going to this place. They are not friendly at all. They look at you badly just because you do not speak the same language as them. They should improve their service.

Easy to get appointment. Doctor was open to all questions and answered in a way I could understand. Solid Exam. Support staff out front was great. Only issue was the time they needed to sort out my insurance policy and what it covered..that still remains to be seen but not really a Walmart Eye Shop issue the policy is full of double speak..

The front staff are secondary in my opinion, and with the rate of turnover I don't feel that they should impact my review unless they did something outrageous. This review is based off of the doctor's performance, which was better than average. I have a very bad astigmatism and she was able to fit me with contacts which were much more comfortable than my previous sets. I was able to place an appointment 2 days from the day I called, & walk out that same day with prescriptions for both contacts & glasses. I then ordered each online to save money.

I had a wonderful experience at this Walmart vision center. As soon as I walked into the area I was greeted by Gina! I already had my prescription for my glasses,but I wasn't sure of the frames I wanted. Gina was so helpful with the frames I decided to get. While Gina was taking tne measurements the other associate helped as well they both were so nice! Gina also adjusted my current glasses. I've always had great service at this location,but my experience today was exceptional! Thank you for professionalism and great customer service!

Had a great experience. Sure it was busy but staff acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. When it was my turn they gave me the there attention and asked questions I wouldn't have thought of about my needs. This was an absolute pleasure to have . Thanks and I will definitely be back.

Conducted business here since 2012; Several of The front staff workers have been quite rude & unprofessional at times, severely lacking social/communication skills, WITH THE EXCEPTION of Brian. Brian has always been a respectable and understanding guy. Everyone else, questionable.
Ended my business here after the front staff miraculously lost my insurance information on file & charged me out of pocket for my yearly eye exam. Insurance never changed. Each year I questioned this charge to the doctor [from Kimberly Smith OD & Associates] and was led to believe that my insurance did not cover the cost of my exam, when in actuality they had never entered my insurance to begin with, just marked me as self-pay.
Was lied to & taken advantage of 3 years in a row to pay out of pocket. But now I know ;-)

I gave them two stars for the simple fact that if you have an appointment at a set time the vision center should honor that and not take an appointent that is scheduled afterward before you. Other than that the service was friendly and helpful. Not to quick on time, however I actually could overlook that due to the vision center being clean.
