Walmart Vision & Glasses

A couple of months ago my primary eye care center in Mariemont closed down. I was able to retain my prescription from them after I received the news. I was looking for one near my home. Whenever I shop at Walmart I pass by this place. I asked my friend that works at Walmart if she had any problems and highly recommended them. She told me the pricing is VERY reasonable. So I decided to try them out. I didn't need an appointment. I just walked in on a weekday after work. Elijah helped me both times (drop off and pickup). I already had my glasses (I ordered them online through another company) and prescription with me. The process was so fast and simple. I used a progressive lens and I upgraded to no scratch instead of plastic. I also got the lighting control due to my job. 8 hours in front of the computer. After the measurements and processing, I couldn't believe the pricing. It's much cheaper than all the other places I've been to including Lens Crafters. It only took a week. They send it to a lab for processing. Then when it's ready, they send you a text. You have to pay IN full before they send it out. When I went for pick up,, I tried the glasses on and loved it! The lens was super clear. Better than my primary glasses I currently used. I had some adjustment made on the fitting and I was good to go. I ordered a couple more frames through another site and will be coming back very soon. My Mr also wants to try them out. Currently, they don't have an optician at this location. They are still hiring. But when they do next year, I will be using this place. Btw, they have a great selection of name brand glasses and sunglasses. Pricing is definitely affordable. Don't sleep on Walmart Vision. I had an excellent experience. Elijah was down to earth and helpful.

Hi! I had really horrible customer service at the vision center on red bank. Glasses were handed to me dirty, didn't get a decent case, no cleaning cloth or solution. Besides that, the nose pads were thin and cheap, those were changed but they don't match, even though he said they did. And, he didn't help me adjust them at all. Just said how do they feel and yes, you're all set. I said I need your opinion. They weren't adjusted correctly at all. My husband helped me. Not going back to that location for glasses again!!

Been calling repeatedly for days and no one ever answered the phone. My daughterd glasses were supposed to be ready on the 20th. After not being able to get them to answer I make the 40 minute drive to get here only to discover they are shut down for remodeling and that there is a person working the desk who is clocked in and supposed to be here, but is no where to be found. I've now been standing here for 51 minutes. Not acceptable. Google still shows them open and if you call the main store they say they are open.

They do not know how to answer a phone!! I have been calling non-stop for the past two days to cancel an appointment and no one will answer and there's no voicemail?!?! I'm calling during regular business hours. Today is the day of my appointment and they're still not answering. I know someone has to be there because my appointment begins in 3 minutes and again no answer?!? Very unprofessional! Will never schedule an appointment with them in my future!!

I used to go there all the time before my doctor left. Went today to order glasses but they're closed (Google said open till 5pm). Picture attached. No complaints: they're helpful, efficient and don't try to upsell you.

I have been going to eye doctors for years. This place was amazing. The eye doctor is so friendly and helpful. I was in and out quick. She gave me real recommendations based on my need, not based on the most expensive product. I was so happy with my experience here. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Seibert is friendly, professional, and takes the time to listen to needs and concerns. She offered me solutions that work for my lifestyle. I've been to private optometrists and those within a store, and she is the best i've experienced. I take my two children to her as well. Highly recommend!

Last year I went to the Colerain Vision Center and walked out feeling unsure if the doctor knew what he was doing. Working in customer service myself, I have to say I was not satisfied with the hospitality (in any department I've dealt with) at that location. This year I decided to give Walmart Vision Center on Redbank Road a go. Dr. Kelly Seibert was amazing and professional; not to mention I was highly confident my doctor knew what she was talking about, and measured my eyes correctly. She provided me with knowledge on my eyes (bad allergies and extremely dry) that nobody had ever informed me of, and was very sweet. Not only that, but she offered to let me try a different brand of contacts (Acuvue 1-Day Moist) and compare them to the ones I have been using for two years (Dailies Moist) which irritated my eyes more than they should (no eye doctor has ever done that for me). I instantly felt a difference in comfort with the new brand. I was worried about the financial difference between both brands and unlike the last doctor I saw at Colerain, she eased my concern that it wouldn't increase by too much. She also recommended some solution and drops that would work best for my eyes and gave me coupons for them. I really appreciated that, considering I work in customer service we do these types of things on occasion (usually only when a customer is upset or experiencing difficulty with our company). Overall, even though I hate going to the eye doctor because it is so expensive- I walked out feeling confident and relieved that I had an intelligent doctor who helped me out the way she did- therefore it was so worth it. Everyone in Cincinnati needs to go to this location! Thank you Dr. Seibert!
