Warby Parker Kenwood Towne Centre

Great experience! Micola did my eye pressure test and all that, she was very friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in. I am difficult due to double vision and visual snow that many optometrists have been less than happy about, as well as my autism makes it harder to understand direction, but Dr Clark was patient and very enthusiastic-- you could really tell she was into the science of it all which I love seeing from any doctor. She did extensive testing and made sure I knew I could come back to her if any of the prescriptions don't work. At the end, Jenn helped me pick out my glasses. I had to take mine off to try them on and didn't bring anyone with me to help. She was very guiding and made sure I knew she'd be honest, which I really appreciate. I love the glasses she picked out for me!

I would highly recommend the Warby Parker store at the Kenwood Mall to anyone looking to by a new pair of glasses. I went in to the store on a whim, not planning on purchasing anything and walked out less than 10 minutes later having bought a new pair of sunglasses that I absolutely adore. The store associate was so helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions without a trace of impatience. I wanted to add prescription lenses to my new sunglasses but did not have my prescription with me (as I mentioned- wasn't planning on making a purchase). The woman helping me told me she would send a link to my email to upload my prescription, and once I did that, my glasses would be sent within 14 business days. I uploaded a picture of my prescription when I got home, and it was super easy to do. I was also extremely impressed with the price of the frames and the overall cost of the glasses with the lenses factored in.

I felt comfortable when I walked in the door and not pushed into buying a pair of glasses . They let me look for a while before asking me if I needed help. Miles was great along with the other TEAM members. For every pair of glasses you purchase a pair is DONATED...wow! Excellent prices, great staff, and they even accept your old pair to donate...GOOD people! I'll continue to work with them, Thank you Miles! Happy New Year!

DaVaughn was an absolute delight to work with! Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and provided honest, helpful feedback. He spent so much time helping me decide and never did I feel rushed or like he needed to be assisting others. Kudos to all the staff for their great teamwork. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

I went to the store and that experience itself was good. The problem comes after. I waited over 2 weeks for the glasses and online it would just say building frames, so after calling to find out they suggested I order another pair because they can't find the frames I picked out. So I then order a different pair online. They were shipped and apparently lost in the mail because after 3 weeks I still have never received them. But because I used a gift card they will not refund the gift card a mount to the person who purchased it, so now I am waiting on order #3 to see if it will arrive. I would not use them again

The sales representative who assisted me was highly knowledgeable about eyeglass frames, exceedingly professional in assisting me choose those frames, and both patient and personable in their demeanor, which created a no-pressure purchasing experience for me. I would recommend this eyeglass store to anyone who would like the same sales experience I received.

My visit to Warby Parkers was quick and easy. I didn't have to spend hours there while they tried to sell me $500 glasses. The prices are great, I bought two pair of glasses for about $200. My partner at Warby Parker was knowledgeable, and friendly. I will always buy my eye wear from Warby's.
