It was very busy and they still took the time out to make sure every patient was well taken of. Very great customer service all the way around. I would definitely recommend people to go there THANK YOU BROADWAY OPTICAL

I love this place, been going sense I was a child!! Best eye doctor around. Everyone is so nice and respectful their hospitality is unmatched! When you first walk in you're greeted with a warm welcome! They offer so many different frames and so many cool features to your lens like tint or transition for the sun! They also have the best contacts in my opinion I don't even notice they're there, like I got 20/20 vision! Thank you Dr. figler, his wife, and the team!! You guys are the best!

I.absolutely. love. Broadway optical!!! I cannot tell you that it is my favorite place to go in cleveland ohio. Seriously. I have no stomach for a big box opticals. Comparatively, it's like comparing fast food chain to families reunion dinner. I look forward to going there every year. I love Matt I love Dr. Steve, Ashton CJ. I love the family feel I love the beauty.I love feeling that i'm somewhere else.Not in cleveland. Like Italy or somewhere or Washington d c. It just has this universal feel. And everybody is hardworking and sweet. Even when times are rough. The remodel is all cleaned up and it is the only place I will go. I even stopped going to you know who institute. Nope a hundred percent better here.

I used to go to Broadway Optical for years, it was my job, preferred safety eye glass provider. They were good , fast and efficient then. I think they have gotten even better. They moved on the first floor, so they are handicapped friendly.The team is very good and on point . The atmosphere is wonderful and should I mention the price .From the exam to the glasses, they are very affordable. They are patient when you are deciding on frames, no rush and helpful.Highly recommend I forgot to mention they do blood pressure checks, 65 years young, never had my blood pressure checked at the optometrist, unique.

Great experience as a new patient! I was able to get appointments the same week for my mom, my son, and myself. My son's glasses were broken, and the team found a replacement frame at an affordable cost -- such a relief! Dr. Figler was exceptionally kind during my exam. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. Everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. The frame selection was wonderful, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. Even though the office was busy the staff still took their time with us and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. I'm truly grateful for the care we received this week!

I've been going to this eye doctor since I was in grade school . By far amazing always pleasant. The service is quick and efficient. Thank you guys for being so wonderful ! I've been working with you guys for 20 years and I plan on staying with my children !

I contacted Broadway Optical to make an appointment and was told they were short-staffed, could not answer my questions, and that I needed to schedule by text. I had several questions, and being forced to handle everything via text was confusing, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.This was especially disappointing because during my first visit, I spent a significant amount on designer glasses and expected a high standard of service. As a business owner, I was shocked at the dismissive way my concerns were handled. Staffing challenges are understandable, but telling a patient there isn't time to assist them is unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression and does not reflect the level of professionalism one should expect from a healthcare provider.

Impressive to say the least from the moment I walked in until I left. I've been in the neighborhood for over 35 years and from the main road it looks an isolated building. Not realizing that the parking is in the back and the main entrance is through the front. I want to thank Dr Figler,Matt, CJ who did my intake I wish I had a name for her she treated me as a gentle giant. The lady who I talked about the power going out in there building, the neighborhood leaders and what not I don't have a name either but I'm pretty sure when the read this they will know. She was great, took my insurance information and told me that I qualify to see the doctor and I can order brand new glasses today. Now keep in mind I went there for the sole purpose of getting my prescription glasses frame repair and once they saw it they said"it's not repairable". If I could I will give them a 10 star customer satisfaction I'm sitting at home as we speak and I still cannot believe the service that I was given not even hospitals which I'm not going to mention no name provides this type of attention and sense of concern.
