My overall experience was excellent. All members of the staff made sure I was fully informed and understood all my options for cataract surgery. Even the day of surgery, they reviewed everything and made sure I was totally comfortable with my decisions. The surgical staff took great care of me and provided both pre-operative and post-operative instructions. I feel very confident in recommending Dr. Wiley and his amazing team to friends and family. I know they will be in good hands.

The staff here are simply amazing. I have never walked into an office , a busy one at that, where every staff member I came across from the staff up front to nurses in the back was over the top nice professional and courteous. From the moment I walked in the door for my first appointment, I have been impressed with every single person involved in the process of my cataract and dry eye evaluation, and then cataract surgery. I have the opportunity to work with Dr. Wiley professionally but not in the practice setting. He is just as wonderful with patients as he is with those who are involved in the vision care field. I have the utmost trust in his skill, judgement, and care .He and his partners are highly regarded in ophthalmology - true leaders and innovators. Additionally, I appreciate each staff member's caring attitude, friendliness, and knowledge. Cleveland Eye Clinic is the best of the best!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of everyone. I did not have to wait to be seen it was on time at 10am. The testing was very thorough and I felt like I was given everything that I needed for any questions that I had. The packet I received before the appointment was so informative that it had everything covered. Upon meeting Dr.Wiley I was impressed with his mannerism and credentials so that I am confident all will go well. Highly recommended to anyone.

I had a very nice eye appt. Everyone was polite and friendly. I was a little nervous but everyone said not to worry that the procedure would only take about 30 seconds and I wouldn't feel a thing and they were right. Dr Wiley was very polite and shook my hand when he greeted me. He explained what he was going to do and I was in and out in no time. Thanks to everyone I came in contact with and also to Dr. Wiley!
