I had a very serious volvulus and bowel obstruction in 2015. God strategically used Dr Cappizani to save my life. My case was very difficult due to multiple previous abdominal surgeries done elsewhere and I had alot of scar tissue and adhesions prior to this surgery. Dr Capizzani was able to do a lap procedure instead of a total abdominal surgery, He was certain he would have to do a full incision but he was able to do a lap, it was a 3 hour surgery. Normally this is a 20 min procedure. My surgery was difficult. His wisdom, discretion and expertise saved me a lot of recovery time. He is one of the most caring, compassionate and empathetic Dr.'s I have ever met. He personally called me when I went home to check on me; he also came to see me at the hospital on his day off. Who does that?! He and Dr Ustin are the BEST surgeons! Thank you Dr Capizzani!! God used You to save my life, my family and I are indebted. I'm so grateful, you saved my life so I could continue to be Hannah's Mommy. Thank you again!!! I hope you read this- you will never know how much we appreciate what you did for me.
