My insurance company recommended this place to me, the receptionist was the only professional person. The two gentlemen neither introduced them selves nor explained what they were doing. They were very curt and disrespectful. I ended my appointment because they keep asking me if I wanted to see near or far. I have never had such a choice required of me at a eye exam. I went outside to wait for my ride and the man came outside after I had been outside 5 minutes for him to tell me I was ignorant and I had no friends and nobody liked me. I have never in my life seen this man before and he claimed to be a pastor. A gentleman in a car that had stopped at the light turned around to come back to ask if I was alright because he heard the way this man was talking to me.Very horrible experience. I don't recommend anyone use this office.

This is probably the best optical in all of the Cleveland area! The owners are extremely nice, helpful, and truthful. When we picked out our Ray bans, they helped us shape and mold them perfectly, so we did not look foolish. They are very fair and treat people very well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone in Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Such a great optical! The owners are the sweetest people and go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses! Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing glasses or prescription sunglasses!! We will definitely be back.

When I personally checked with my insurance I found out that I only had a $40 copay for the poly lenses. I was looking for a optical that took my insurance and also had a descent selection of frames. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of frames and the selection that was available to me. Also the service was great. They took their time to explain all my options. I left very satisfied with it all. Great place for eye glasses and the workers are great too.

Its weird either into effect feels good contribuyinn this control's aorta's many body maybe one spinalcord separate one whole water rise due to wave comes doesn't split fault's to fill up not cup over fills earth would run over it doesn't dryed up needle direct in pupil maybe sleep either way not bleed this might give it memory side eye not in eye what solution this is put in to regain something once had cant see stumble telling when I started to notice theres a problem put in on second team togetherness receive quarterback inside liquid soda bottles corks relief shake it up comes too right force its gotten to go somewhere whe your stand laying stumbling you gotten for a period of time you get sleep conscious not direct but directed detection

Loved their selection. Very polite staff. Only minor complaint is the man doing the assessment (doing the eye test with the flipping lenses back and forth) was texting half the time. I understand sometimes bc it can be important. I didn't mind that much. Other than that I love this place.

Me and my son came here for our eye appointment and glasses , wonderful people with great energy they treated us with respect on top of being funny ! It was a very comfortable atmosphere the bonus was the fish station being played . Copay was affordable ! Thanks so much can't wait until we get our beautiful glasses.
