Diane L. Sutton, OD

I had the absolute worst experience with Diane Sutton at Cleveland Clinic. From the moment I walked into her office she was nasty, rude, and completely dismissive. She made me feel unwelcome right away with her unprofessional attitude. Her incompetence became apparent as the appointment went on. She lacked basic courtesy, didn't seem to listen to my concerns, and left me questioning how someone like this is even employed at Cleveland Clinic. I've never dealt with a healthcare professional who treated me with such disdain. If you're looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, or even remotely helpful, avoid Diane Sutton at all costs. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would never recommend her to anyone.
