Worst customer service ever.I had 3 appointments set one for myself and my 2 kids. One of them has different insurance. All I asked was if they had WiFi so I can pull up the picture of my daughters card. The receptionist kept brushing it off. When a man came from the back I explained that if I had the WiFi I can present the card information. He said the WiFi info should be in the folder next to the receptionist. I'm thinking why didn't she just check for me. Or she could 've said we don't have or provide WiFi to our guest. But she didn't say that. So when he checked I said thank you for checking. I felt like she wasn't checking or just ignoring me.I didn't say Anything with an attitude or a tone. So when he then told me that we don't have to give you the wifi Information. You're not entitled for that. I was kinda shocked because I'm just expressing that I felt like she was ignoring me or disregarding what I'm saying. So he started going on that it's not something that they do. An I'm like ok I understand I was just saying that's how I felt. So he went on to tell me that it's not how it works there. So I'm like ok I underStand I'll just forget her appointment and do my son and I appointment. He proceeded to say ok just wanted to make sure you understand. I said yes I understand more than one language Ill under stand you in both. So I sat an talked to myself an my daughter cause I didn't like the way I was being treated as far as customer service goes. The man Called me back up an said well since your not happy with our service you don't have to be seen. I'm like no it rd ok just see my son and I. I also mentioned that I worked in a medical facility previously. He cuts me off and says so you think that gives you privilege. He then said we will not serve you. You can leave. Then I asked for the document I filled out back and he would not give it back. I said " that has my proprietary information on it. Please give it back." He refused to give it back to me. He then ripped the document and threw it in the trash. I told him that I would call the cops on him because that document has my personal information on it and my kids personal information on it. He then flashed a badge that said pastor on it, which is crazy to me because that's how a pastor treats people nowadays. And you're gonna pose as an officer by showing a badge. I've never been treated with such horrible customer service.
