This location has a very nice selection of frames and other options to choose from when getting what's needed for your optical needs. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable and helpful

I've been meaning to do this well deserved review from two months ago and finally getting to it. I came in to get my glasses adjusted that I bought from another store and they were so kind. Also, the frames at this location are super cute! Very impressed by the selection. I'll definitely be back here next time I buy. Very nice staff and no wait time. Location is in the lobby in the building directly across the street from the ER, entrance by the hot dog stand. Free short term parking in the nearby garage (maybe an hour can't remember)

I took a friend today to pick up her glasses and while we were waiting we were having a conversation about how my sunglasses that I did not purchase at Geauga Vision didn't fit right. Where I purchased them from, they said that they could not be adjusted without possible damage to them. Celeste who was working at the time and overheard our conversation, asked to see my sunglasses. Celeste took a look at them, worked on them and I must say that the adjustment was great. I can now wear my sunglasses without them falling off my face when I look down. I just want to thank Celeste for her time and great service with a smile.

The optician by the name of Darryl o mind he has very good customer Service and he went above and beyond to make sure my decision on what vision protection for my lenses are best Don't know if anyone take time to read my comments i post anywhere we. I get good service you jst should TY.
