Shout out to Mrs. Celeste at the Severance locations! I had been struggling for years with my prescription, getting glasses that just looked good on, but was having an issue with being able to have clear vision, so after getting an exam at the Cleveland Heights location, I stopped at the kiosk just to view the selection of frames. Mrs. Celeste was very helpful with frame suggestion. When the new glasses return, I could not see out of them, she listened, recommended I contact the optometrist(she even wrote it down to make sure that used the correct verbiage) a new exam was done, glasses where remade, I actually needed computer glasses not the progressive lenses that I was previous getting. Thank You Mrs. Celeste for listening and recognizing the problem. #experiencehasitsbenefits

Went yesterday to the Severence location the lady was sooo dry an unenthusiastic about me stopping by, I asked her a few ? B4 hand she stated I could use what I had, then turn around and stated I couldn't!!!!!! So this morning I came to the West 25th location!!!
