Lander Giselle A OD

I've been a patient of Dr Lander for years, and she's always provided the best service and care for me in routine visits and in emergency concerns. /* update dropping from five stars */ The optometrist and technicians are wonderful. I appreciate the care and quality of services. Administratively there are issues. Appointments will take 2-3 hours at a minimum due to waits, so go ahead and take a half day of PTO. Texts for updates are not received. I called regarding an order on Tuesday because I don't actually receive texts from the office after two weeks, and was told I'd receive a follow up. It never occurred. Later on Friday I had to hang up after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. It will take extensive time to go through the process and receive deliverables but the offerings and care are worth the return.

Dr. Lander and her staff are wonderful! They take their time to make sure you are given attention - from the initial eye test, to the time Dr. Lander visits and administers her tests. The staff also help in picking out eyeglasses. My husband and I am very happy with the ten years plus service her eye clinic has provided to us!

Dr. Lander and her staff are courteous, friendly and quick. Her office space is comfortable and she has high tech equipment that makes the exam faster and more thorough. I've had glasses for 30 years and have never been more satisfied! Great selection of frames in the shop too!

Very unprofessional. Appointment was rushed and Giselle interrupted yelled at me mid-sentence, as her patient, after simply asking a question concerning my care over the phone. I was always respectful to her and did not receive respect or proper treatment in return. If you go to her, just be aware of her quick temper when you have a question to ask. My eye condition did get worse after taking the prescription she claimed had zero side effects (when nearly everything has side effects).

Excellent optometrist and very thorough. Updated equipment throughout; however, the reason to see her is that the doc is Good, plain and simple... Good. She spends the necessary and uninterrupted time with the patient and adresses all of your concerns. I would have given five stars except for the office messing up communication. My glasses were finished and languished for a week while their text-technology failed to notify me. The supposed text message was not sent and as a result I had headaches for a full week due an old and much stronger prescription. My wife had the same problem with her contact lenses. But the technology can be fixed... I am having them call me in the future. I highly recommend this OD for glasses. As well, my wife gets excellent contact lense service from Dr. Lander.

I had a great experience my first time there. Dr. Lander really took the time and attention to make sure I had the best prescription fit for my eyes. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend her.

The doctor is good and personable. The facility is very nice and the selection of glasses is decent. They're not a bad office. But the staff don't appear to care and move very slowly.

Excellent staff and doctor. Nice clean office and new updated equipment. Very nice children's play area in waiting room. Everyone was very competent and spent their TIME with me. Five stars, hands down!
