Very nice helpful staff and very patient. Helped me pick out glasses and sat with me for over an hour while I tried on different ones. Made sure I was happy with my choice. Tons of different glasses to chose from and great prices. Would defiantly go again!

Horrible experience. I was told my glasses can't be replaced when my insurance had confirmed my glasses could be replaced after I lost them and then I'm told hold on and put the phone down and walked away from me which is very rude . And they walked away for 12 minutes and then hung up.

The worst experience ever buying glasses that resulted in me having to file a police report. I was referred here by friends that work at other Optical places because this place supposedly had the best selection of glasses that would be covered by my insurance. I picked out a pair and returned 2 weeks later to pick them up. When I went to pick them up I was just handed the glasses& told to have a nice day. I then asked the man behind the counter if they could make some adjustments since he did not offer. They seemed ok at the time but it was not till after I got home& removed my contacts to wear for the evening that I realized that they were completely crooked and mis-aligned BADLY. I took the pair to a friend at another place& asked her to adjust them since they did not do such a good job.She said they were "bowed" out from poor manufacturing because the lens were too big for the frames. I returned to the store&the same man was behind the counter& he tried to make more adjustments that still did not correct the issue. Joesph Colini a Licensed Optician then came to the front& pompously told me all about how he had multiple college degrees& has been doing this for 10 years& has served over 50K customer's&was ready to help out by making some more adjustments. I continued to still tell him that the glasses looked crooked& felt misaligned& that the problem was with the manufacturing not with the adjustments and no adjustment was going to fix this issue. He then proceeded to tell me again about his expertise& how he felt that the glasses looked straight. He than asked me if I suffered from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I asked him why and he said "oh because often people with OCD will see and hear things that other people don't see". I was absolutely beside myself. He then offered to give me another pair of glasses& a complementary clear coating. I told him that I really did not want to pick out another pair of glasses because I had already picked out a pair of glasses that I liked& if the pair of glasses that I had originally picked out we're not compatible with the lenses that I needed then they should have said something in the first place. He then asked who had helped me when I was in originally in &I said the man&lady at the front counter. He then proceeded to tell me that the man at the front counter had autism&asked me if I knew what autism was. I replied yes. Then he asked me "what are the signs of autism?". I looked at him like he was crazy for asking me that& told him that I did not want to do business with him anymore&that I would like a refund for the clear coating& for my insurance carrier to be refunded their money as well so I could go get a pair elsewhere. He than like a child walked away& slammed his office door&told me I was not allowed to have a refund. I then made a call to file a police report so I could have something in writing for my insurance company plus he was disclosing personal medical information about an Employee which I feel violated this mans EOCC rights whether he is autistic or not. He then informed me that it was 6 p.m.& that they closed at 6 p.m.& that I was now trespassing. I told him that I had called the police at 5:55 p.m. before they closed&I was going to sit there&wait for them. Once the police showed up,he changed his entire story& told them that I came in there yelling& screaming profanities at him, which is not true. They have video cameras in there too so I can prove his story un-true. All I wanted was a pair of properly fitting eye glasses. I thought that I was treated very poorly& in an in-professional manner by Joseph & I also feel that his employee was violated by having his personal medical health discussed with a customer. I ended up leaving with a check for my clear coating. When I then asked about a refund for my insurance company he said that I was now trying to commit insurance fraud and that it was a felony. This man is the most Bi-Polar, condescending, pompous person I have ever met. The nice selection of cheap glasses is not worth it. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

In my opinion the people who work there are rude. I showed the teachnition my glasses where to big and needed adjusted to fit my face she told me to go else where and refused to help me. She was even rude when I ordered my glasses in the first place. I will never go back.

Very professional. The staff there is very nice and they make sure that you are happy with your decision. I love my glasses and will definitely go back.

After getting my new glasses I realized that I did NOT GET WHAT MY SCRIPT had been written out as. So I call and I was told my insurance didn't cover transitional lenses nor did my insurance cover on-line bifocals. Well I called my insurance company and I was told that there is a process of just filling out a paper to have my insurance company cover my new script. I call Optical Options back and spoke to a rude woman by the name of Ronda...I tried to expand what my insurance company said and she just got even ruder. I said I will have my insurance company called her and that did as I stayed on the line she refused to take care of the problem... So if you have Care Source and you have a Dr requesting a certain type of lense for you DO NOT GO THERE. THE WILL NOT MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET WHAT YOU NEED!! THERE P.R. SUCKS AND THERE EFFORT TO HELP YOU DOES ALSO!!!

I've been going to Optical Options for 4 years my glasses are always perfect and I never am left waiting to be helped I'm in and out within 10 minutes tops. 100% recommended
