I always have such a good experience here! Dr. Li has always been great with my kids and recently, my youngest had to have her first eye exam. Dr. Li was sooo kind and explained every step of the exam to my daughter. My daughter went from nervous to excited to go back! And the Walmart vision staff are always amazing! Andrew helped me get all 3 of my kids in for appointments within a week (which is nice because most places schedule months out). He was really nice and worked well with them when sizing for their new glasses, super informative! Great doctor and great staff (even the staff I didn't catch the names of)!

I went into to order contacts and I needed two extra dollars, an employee there by the name of Erin gave me two dollars cash because walmart doesnt take Apple Pay, I had left my walllet in the car. It was right before Christmas, I was overwhelmed with joy by the kind gesture. The man who helped me orsee my contacts and glasses Andrew was also beyond kind and helpful. He gave me the best deals and informed me of the many benefits that my insurance offers so I could get the most out of it before the end of the year. Five starts to Brookpark Walmart Vision Center. This is probably one of the only reviews I have ever left. This is me shoing my gratitude to get these employees recognized, they definitely deserve it!

Dr Li is very kind and thorough with your eye exam. I have had 2 eye exams from her and it has been great.
The optical staff at the vision center are very down to earth and attentive. They are competent and very helpful. I 100% would recommend anyone going there for an eye exam or glasses.
