I hadn't seen an eye doctor in 18 years. I never would have if I didn't know something was wrong. Saw this guy and he completely dismissed me, likely because I look good for my age and have 20/20 vision. He kept saying "your fine" when I knew I was not. $1281.00 later still have a problem, so I went to the vision center at my local mall where they did more extensive testing (yea, than the CC Cole Eye Center!!) and diagnosed me with a lamellar macular hole (LMH). Showed me on the imaging exactly where it is and what to do next for $194. This guy will not listen to you but will take your money.

Very friendly but Dr Sax was very unprofessional when I first came in for my appointment. We talked and I asked about having surgery to correct my vison and he instantly was saying things to blow it off. I was shocked at what I was hearing. Doctors of any kind should listen to patients and their needs. I just wanted to see if I was a good candidate for the procedure. I don't like confrontation so I blew it off but hearing a doctor respond that way was unprofessional.
