Life Changing Contact Lenses

I was diagnosed with kerataconus 20 years ago. Early on I tried wearing conventional style gas permeable hard contacts. I could only wear them for short amounts of time and my eyes would become extremely red and irritated. I've always worked in harsh environments and new glasses would only stay scratch free for the first few days I had them. I was having trouble tracking my tee shots and one of my golf buddies referred me to Dr. Fagert. He fitted me for Scleral Lenses in mid August 2022 and I've never seen more clearly and vividly than I do now. Not only did everything become more clear and crisp, everything got brighter. It was literally as if someone flicked a switch and my vision went from analog to HD. I put the lenses in right when I get up and don't remove them until I'm ready for bed. I don't wear glasses at all anymore. I have no discomfort or irritation from the lenses and couldn't be happier.

I started to go nearsighted in the third grade. My eyesight now is between a -8 + a - 9, with astigmatism. As I've aged, I also have very dry eyes. I have been wearing the sclera lenses now for about 2 years. They are the most comfortable contact lenses I've ever worn. Better than soft, better than gas permeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Faggerrt and Sclera lenses to all of those who have trouble wearing their contact lenses.

Very good dr the most honest helpful person I've ever dealt with. He will do everything humanly possible to make sure you are comfortable and happy.
