This ignorate Dr. Caused me over 1200.00 for a very expensive pair of glasses that I threw away and then purchased another pair from another place. I would not go there if they paid me.

Love the doctor, but the front desk personnel from my own experience has been extremely rude and unbearable. Lily to be specific. I had a very unpleasant experience while calling into the front desk trying to address one of my vision appointment questions. After asking one of my questions she was intentionally silent and unresponsive on the line. And then when i continued to ask my question, she repeatedly was over talking me for about 45 seconds straight and then hung up in my face. Have never experienced that kind of service from a professional facility. I was looking to book this doctor again, but definitely will not be returning due to this experience.

Dr. Miller is very personable, kind and patient. He was a pleasure to talk with and to discuss any questions or concerns. Very thorough!!
The opitician assisting me with selecting my frames was so helpful and attentive, taking pics of me in various frames so I could see myself and using state-of-the- art equipment to make sure fit and placement of bifocal were correct.
From the greeting when I arrived to the handshake when I left, it was an A-1 experience!

We've been seeing Dr Miller for a few years and absolutely love him, he's very kind and personable and explains very well but last time I made an appt for 4 of us and while there a guy walked in without an appt and they let him go in between our 4 pre made appt. We ended up only keeping 3 of the appt because we were so dumbfounded that they did that. The guy didn't have an emergency so he shouldn't have been allowed to sneak in like that when we were already there for a while. So due to that unprofessionalism we will be finding a different Dr and that's a shame that the staff ruined that. They were friendly but that was wrong to do that and they never even apologized for doing that, instead they just acted like we were in the wrong.

Dr. Miller and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I worked with Rebecca for my pre-exam tests - she was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, as was Dr. Miller. He answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He was transparent about contact lens pricing and allowed me to try multiple lenses to make sure they worked for me.
It is clear that Dr. Miller fosters a compassionate culture that values their staff and patients. I am thankful to have found his office and look forward to working with Dr. Miller and his team again!
