Took my special needs sister-in-law here from a referral from her eye doctor. Start to finish, they were amazing with her. Doc was super informative and we would go back when/if needed!

I didn't share at the time my husband had his appointment. This week, I overheard two people discussing the terrible treatment they had received at this office and decided I did want to share. After an abnormal exam at the eye doctor, my husband was told to see an eye specialist. There is a hereditary eye disease which runs in his family and the optometrist wanted him to have further testing. I then made him an appointment at Retina Associates. Upon entering the exam room, the doctor looked at my husband and simply said "I don't know why you are here." He said he would do an exam, but it wouldn't be of any use. My husband left confused, feeling foolish, and dismissed. The doctors here could be the best in the state; but if that is their affect with patients, no thank you. The woman I spoke with this week had gone in, on referral from her eye doctor. She's been suffering with a fuzzy spot in her right eye. Her optometrist tested it and found a cyst behind her retina. She was told to make an appointment here. She arrived only to be told there is absolutely nothing wrong with her eye, no cyst, and no explanation nor treatment plan for the blurry spot she still sees all day long. She reported feeling stupid and like she was wasting the doctor's time.

Ashley was extremely helpful, not only listening to my concerns but responding to them tremendously.

Dr Tsai is excellent. When he was a surgeon he prevented me from going blind in both eyes; and he did a complicated surgery in my husband's left eye. The way the office is run though, is like an assembly line. My husband's appointment was at 2:15, and he had several things done, but he didn't see Dr Tsai until 3:17, and the actual appointment lasted about 10 minutes.

Busy day at the practice after the holidays and several emergencies came in but the staff was efficient in dealing with the patients and the full schedule

It was pretty quick today. The staff was pretty efficient and very detailed for.my condition.
