My mom (Linda) just had cataract surgery on both her eyes. The surgery was done in Dr Lee's Boardman office. The entire process was professional,efficient and pleasant. We could not have asked for better treatment. They even allow family members to watch the surgery on a tv screen!! Dr Lee came out and spoke to me immediately after each surgery. He is very kind. My mom and I would definitely recommend Dr Lee and his staff!!

I was very pleased with the doctors! However the people up front need a attitude adjustment. They was very rude about giving me my script and didnt want to give me my contact measurements and script ! And they have a problem with ordering things without permission and thin harasing for payment! I will not be returning and dont recamend!!! I had luck with 1800 contact and they was super frendly!

Found out I was allergic to the Nickle in my glasses and they would not take my glass back in a take back program. I will have to pay out of pocket now instead of my insurance covering them. Very rude all around with their attitude.

Just came home from here and to be honest was not at all pleased with my vist. Walked in to the most rudest reseptionst I have ever seen in my life. Got there early mind you and she said in a very snapy stuck up attitude I'd be with you in a moment, well needless to say stood up there 10 minutes before she even asked me why I was there or anything. Just was really displeased with my visit. More than likely well not go back. Even the doctor herself seemed really stuck up and bitchy.

Terrible experience with this company,workers in front are rude,don't know how to deal with customers. Watch out for $35 fee to measure eyes for contacts even if you have been wearing them for years,total SCAM and those measurements don't come up when ordering contacts,I didn't order from them,ordered online and when I got them the measurement was the same as it has always been without them asking me for those numbers. Go somewhere else,horrible customer service.
