Englewood Optometry

OjI had my appointment on a Tuesday. I couldn't even find the office after walking up and down the stairs 2 or 3 times. I had my eye exam which was fine then the picking of my glasses. The receptionist was helpful picking out my glasses but due to their computer glitch I couldn't pay for my glasses. Which that means I had to rely on the company to put everything right in the computer the following day. I was told that i would be getting a phone call to ensure my glasses were ordered and the payment. I never received a call, I had to call them on a thursday. When I called to see how the process was going, she told me an outrageous price that was wrong. I had a deal that was buy 1 get 1 30% off. After going back and fourth and admitting she had the wrong the price. I was told I would be getting a call when they arrived. I never got that call. However they did call my emergency contact for some odd reason. It is now friday of the following week (2weeks) i show up and the office is closed. But the sign outside the door says 8am to 12 PM. I have been here since 1045 am. And no one is here. I knocked and called and no one. I now have to wait till Tuesday to pick up my glasses. Making it 3 weeks. After the 3rd week I came to get my glasses and everything went fine. The wait was short and to my surprise they brought up my previous review of me being upset and they asked and discussed the issue with me. I felt very satisfied after leaving there.

I haven't visited this place but I did try to. Hours online incorrectly stated they are open 9-12 on Saturday, but please be aware this is by appointment only!

Dr. Loesch has been my doctor for over 20 years and his caring arritude and expertise has never changed.
