What an experience! I was using the same eyeglasses store for around 20 years, and I was very disappointed the last time i got glasses from them. My wife recommended me America's Best because of the great quality and exceptional customer service, and boy, was she RIGHT! The exam was remote, and I was a little skeptic, but the technician at the location and the remote doctor were outstanding! Jennifer went above and beyond making sure that all my needs were satisfied when choosing a frame and fitting; not pushing items for my lenses that I didn't want, but still she made sure that she offered everything they had. She asked what type of job I do, and when I mentioned I have a desk job in front of a computer, she suggested to get a second pair of reading glasses once I get confortable with the new ones. I just called to order the second pair, and she remembered me and she have everything ready, a flawless customer service! If you go to this location, Jennifer is the best! Thank you, America's Best for this fantastic experience, I definitely recommend this business.

I just picked up my glasses at the Westgate Mall Fairview Park location, and I couldn't be happier. As an overview, I'd like to say, the Dr's eye exam was thorough and the staff there is friendly and welcoming. I was lucky to be helped by Jennifer Davis, and I say this because I know I am a fussy customer, and yet my experience was extremely pleasant. Jennifer immediately offered the best selection of frames to choose from. The styles and shapes were all perfect for my face. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and offered all options available for the purchase of both my polarized sunglasses and progressive eyeglasses. I was completely satisfied with the professional courtesy, the knowledge, and the overall friendly attitude that I received from my associate. Jennifer Davis is truly an asset to your organization. This is the second time I have received assistance from the same person, and I am compelled to say that both times I have left the store having a positive experience. I went here with my mom today. She is in a boot and on a scooter, but they got her in earlier than her appointment, helped her do all the tests with such friendliness and kindness. And then Erin helped us find the perfect lenses for my mom. He made sure everything was covered by insurance so there was nothing out of pocket and he was cheerful and friendly. We loved the people and the atmosphere, and it was super easy to go through all the processes. We will be back!

First time getting glasses. Daniel EXCEEDED my expectations! Extremely helpful in his recommendations considering cost, my daily requirements with type and size of lenses and color of frame. He was also PATIENT and didn't rush me to choose.

I've been coming to the Westgate location for years but I recently worked with Jennifer and she was truly amazing!! She was patient and beyond helpful. She made my experience fun!

Glasses do not come with a warranty. You have to purchase the warranty. My glasses broke within 8 months of purchasing and Americas best said sorry nothing we can do because you didn't purchase a warranty??!! Glasses should come with a one year warranty for the price I paid. Glasses are poorly made. Go somewhere else.
