Hi! I called about a month ago and set up an eye exam appointment. I was told that my insurance was accepted and I'd be good to go. Booked the appointment. The week of my appointment I received a call that stated they cannot find my insurance, gave them all information they needed and was told I'd get a call back same day. It is now 12:00pm the next day, I call for an update. The customer representative told me that they did not call me back or the insurance company since it was "too late" to call on their end. I ended up cancelling my appointment since clearly there is an issue with their system. My insurance has now been called twice by me and when I call and look online it does show that SVS is in network with EyeMed. I'm very distressed about this experience and will not be scheduling any future appointments.
