My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Andrews for many years. Tim and his staff are very professional and always on time. I recently had a cataract clarity issue. It was diagnosed accurately needing a YAG procedure. Completed in office by a YAG specialist he recommended.

Long story short, let's just say I haven't had my eyes checked in 20 years. Dr. Andrew's and staff were awesome! Appointment was on time and fast! Dr. Andrew's takes the time to make sure you fully understand what is going on with your eyes and answers any questions in detail that you may have. Great personality, friendly, and caring Doctor. Highly recommend to anyone needing to have vision checked in detail!!!

I used to love Dr. Andrews, until I went this last time, he literally rushed thru the whole process, now I have to take my glasses back because they r not right if I had a question he'd snap at me, and things I previously had are getting worse and he saw they were there. Some how this time I don't know what you're seeing there's nothing wrong with you but extream dry I, so we r gonna schedule u for plugs in your eyes, and this was all in 5 mins, I said whooaaa I'm not scheduling anything and he got snotty at me again and walked out, now he might of been having a bad day but if it's that bad take the day off it's not like he's there half the time anyway he wants to retire maybe he needs to. Very unhappy with the whole process including he is in my network and I still ended up paying over 500$ will not be back
