I'm not sure how this place gets 5 stars. I waited 3 weeks for them to confirm my insurance and only when I called back, they finally did but, never called to tell me. Then I called again about frames I had picked out. Said they'd call me. Over a week went by and nothing. I called again. The receptionist said she'll have their person call me back the next day. Nothing again! I called again and she said someone would call me back that day. That was 2 days ago. I give up!

I've been coming to this eye care center for two years now, and I couldn't recommend it more! Everyone in the office is kind, helpful, and professional. They take the time to explain everything during the exam and make sure you understand why each part is important. The office is always clean, welcoming, and even offers refreshments. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was especially great--super patient and really knew how to help me find the perfect pair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with their eye care!

It's really unfortunate that Andrews Eye Center has completely gone down the tubes since their attempt to expand. Been a long time patient and wanted to support their growth. However the time has come that we need to move on. The Garrettsville staff has no knowledge of when an Optician will be in office, you receive incorrect information, go in for assistance with glasses that you've paid over $500 for, at time of pick up Optician not in, told to come back during these days and times only to find out there isn't an Optician in again. When is one in? Isn't that part of a full service eye care facility? The staff doesn't know provider status with insurance plans, etc. Facility isn't opened during published hours (dark & locked). Called office and message says "Open" but you are sitting in parking lot because "Open" sign is off, dark office, doors locked. Expanding and Growth is great, you probably get better pricing contracts with insurance companies or can get some cash business in the Amish community; That alone won't make you successful. You have to be able to manage the growth, staff and train the staff appropriately. Otherwise it's a fail when patients start leaving.

Dr. Andrews and his staff are simply phenomenal! There's no other way to put it. The office is most comfortable with refreshments available (coffee, hot tea, and bottled water) and the staff does utilize recent, up-to-date technology for patient safety and ease of visit as well as a seamless operation. Dr. Andrews is a rare find when it comes to doctors! He's extremely nice, well-educated, and takes the time to answer any questions you have. If you're looking for a great optometrist (no pun intended ) Dr. Andrews at My Vision Centers in Garretsville is the place to go.

I don't usually leave reviews but this place was phenomenal and deserves all of the stars! Dr. Cheng was absolutely fantastic! She answered every question I had and took extra time to make sure I understood everything. I have never had such a detailed yet relaxing experience at any doctor's office! They were very thorough with every test/exam and I felt very well cared for. All of the staff were super friendly from the front desk to the doctor herself! Not to mention the gorgeous office with rooms that were so calming you could barely tell you were at the doctors. I will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love Dr. Andrews and his entire staff. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed and taken care of better than any office I've been to before. Dr. Andrews is thorough with his exams and never forgets who you are. I highly recommend this office to anyone. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!

Awesome staff. I drive 30 minutes because they always welcome me like a king. Dr Andrew is super professional and really friendly. He is doing a great job in revamping, modernizing the practice, and hiring amazing assistants.

Dr. Andrews is great! Takes the time with patients to answer any questions, chat & not make you feel rushed. He helped me understand some of the issues I was having and helped find solutions that other doctors haven't been able to help me with in the past! Highly recommended.
