Never ever purchase any glasses from them!!! My eye glasses purchase experience with them is extremely terrible! My employer's safety eyeglasses vendor has contract with Bell Optical so I have to order my new safety glasses from them. I submitted my prescription and selected the frame and lenses in July. However, until Oct I still didn't receive the glasses. So I contacted the vendor and he told me that the frame I selected was not available anymore and Bell Optical just charged the money but pretended that nothing happened. I still need to get my new glasses so I selected another frame and waited for three more weeks to get the glasses. Then another drama happened. The Bell Optical made a big mistake on my lenses. My prescription is a little bit special since I have farsighted left eye and nearsighted right eye. The Bell Optical just make both lenses nearsighted no matter what listed on my prescription! The wrong lenses made me feel quite nauseous when I tried to wear the glasses. So I returned the glasses again to let them redo the left lens. After another three weeks, I received the "corrected" glasses again. Unfortunately, this time they still didn't make the correct lens. The left lens is still nearsighted lens. So far four months have passed and I still haven't received my eye glasses. I guess they just don't care about customers at all. So never never ever purchase any glasses from them if you have other options!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been waiting 2 months for safety glasses for one patient. They said they would ship out about a month ago. Last week I was told there was no order. If we did not have to go through this company through a contract for safety glasses, we would not.

We do not recommend them for safety glasses. Billing errors and it takes multiple calls monthly to get corrected, patient frames get lost and have never been found. We won't be working with this co. in the new year. If I could I'd do half a star.

Nobody answers the phone or responds back to emails and voicemails. Have no idea how to get help
