The staff is amazing! I drive across town just to go here. Really great experience with fitting and adjusting my glasses. It's not just a name. It really is an eyeglasses party.

Ordered 2 pair of glasses the end of November. Was told they would be in the week after Christmas. Middle of January, I had to call to inquire. Was told it was a lab mixup. But I could get a credit. Was told they would call back the next day with a new estimate. Early Feb. I called back again. This time asking for a full refund. Said it would take 3-5 business days. That's understandable. 8 days later, no refund. Called again and they were able to release a hold can clear the funds.
I've visited the store twice now when their posted hours said they would be open. And twice now the store is closed during posted open hours. The world does not want me to have these glasses or to do business here. Sad, because my original eye exam and glasses appt was amazing and the customer service excellent.

Eyeglass parties is truly like none other! They have a variety of frames that allows for your true personality to come out. Angela is absolutely amazing! She showed me that having different color frames out of my conservative nature would bring out so much more confidence! The Doctors are courteous and professional. I definitely recommend everyone to go to eyeglass parties and to even setup a party. Picking out glasses with your friends has never been so much fun and eliminates the stress of you trying to figure it out on your own! Which is not your typical experience when picking out new frames!
