The staff was so helpful. They showed me pricing options for different features using my insurance so I could make an informed decision. Lots of frame options in all price ranges. Using my vision insurance, the offered deal of a second paid free they advertised was LEGIT and I have a second pair of glasses that cost me nothing and look amazing!
The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. Glasses were ready within an HOUR and I left with both pair same day!

Great price and frames, however, I was a little put out that they tossed on their Eyemart Plus warranty service for $29.95 on my bill without explaining it was being added on or giving me a chance to opt out of. When I was checking out she went over it as "With your insurance, today the total price is $59.90." and since I had two sets of glasses, with one set being sunglasses, I didn't really question it.
Today I pulled out the receipt and realized $30 of it was something they didn't say they were adding onto the bill or gave me a chance to opt out of. Been going here a few years, always had great experiences. This tactic just makes me think of shady car dealerships tacking add-on additional fees.
I've been going here for a couple of years, and enjoy the pricing and quickness of the service, but I don't appreciate having things like this added to my bill hoping I don't notice or question it.
