Just called and receptionist said not accepting new patients. Just moved to this area and need an eye Dr. Friend recommended Dr Ballard. So very disappointed that I have to drive over an hour and half to go back to my Dr in Cincy when you are 15 minutes away. Need to post on website not accepting new patients.

Dr. McConnaughey has been a good doctor I could trust but recently she's dismissed and downplayed conditions, rushed visits and interrupts when I'm speaking and refuses to listen.
