Went in for my daughter to get her eyes examined. Was told up front by the office assistant that copay depends on what gets done.. I had no clue what she was talking about because we were simply there for just an eye check. We waited 5-10 minutes to get called back. The eye doctors assistant did some weird tests on my daughters eyes before taking her to the exam room. Assistant was nice enough but no eye contact from her. (That's okay, maybe she has social anxiety or something) We waited for the doctor no longer than 15 minutes. Awesome! Doctor was nice, but limited eye contact while speaking, she was looking at the computer over half the time. She figured out my daughters RX. I asked the doctor to just give us a script for it so I can take it elsewhere. Doctor said okay follow me. We followed her through the small hallway and up a few stairs past the front desk and then down some more stairs. Doctor walks very fast, and didn't look back to make sure we were following her. We got the script for her eyeglasses from the lady in the back that deals with glasses. She said okay your copay is $20 plus $40... like huh? What? I said why? She said well I told you it would depend on what was done. I said all we got done was her eye test why is that $60? Long story short the assistant didn't say it was because the eye doctors assistant took pictures of my daughters eyes.. they blamed me and said next time you need to let us know that you don't want that done.. as if it was my fault Nope! It was 100% the front desks fault that she wasn't open and honest about why the copay would be different. The doctor's assistant never said anything before doing it.. they SHOULD ASK BEFORE DOING THOSE TESTS!!! Be upfront and honest about their prices/policies and such. They aren't. These people are money hungry. (This was my first and LAST time going here ever.) So, they did take off the $40 and I paid the $20, like I was supposed to in the first place. This wouldnt have been an issue if they were just transparent from the beginning! Anyway, the glasses lady had my daughter pick out a pair of glasses she liked. I told her I didn't have the money today and said I would be back. I never went back. You don't want to be transparent with me? I won't be honest with you. Period. One star because they did 1 thing I asked for.. simply giving me my daughters glasses prescription. Don't try and hustle me, don't be pushy with MY money. If there is one thing I absolutely hate.. it's when people push for money.

I really don't even know where to begin.. The ladies at the front desk, the assistant and doctor were fantastic. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and my initial exam. My issue lies with the department that handles the eyewear. I felt EXTREMELY pressured to purchase a pair of frames the same day as my appointment. The reasoning is it was easier for insurance. Fine, I understand that. However, I couldn't really find a frame I liked. After quite awhile, I just chose something so I could leave quite honestly. Roughly two/ three weeks go by and my glasses are ready for pick up. Awesome! Bring them home and immediately realize they were the wrong lens (I paid extra for blue light). I got a call two weeks later that my new glasses were ready to be picked up. When I arrive to pick them up, I'm immediately met with rude behavior and told I have to wait while the employee continues to stock the displays. I waited about 10 minutes, then was told the lenses they ordered didn't fit my frames and I had to come back a third time. A few days go by and I'm notified they are all ready and had my husband pick them up for me. This is how they were delivered, in a plastic bag wrapped in a napkin with two misc lenses, full of glass particles.. they didn't return them cleaned or in my case I left. So now I have to go in for a fourth time to retrieve my case.. I've worn glasses my entire life and never dealt with anything like this. Sure, mistakes happen and that's ok but this is absolutely ridiculous.

My 1st ever eye appt was here in 2025. Eye tech was not really nice at all. Seemed annoyed with me. Everyone else in the office was great. Wouldn't rather struggle with my vision than go back to that tech.

Been coming for years. Always on time with appointments and staff is all around great! Super friendly and easy to work with when selecting glasses. Kim is super helpful and always helps with the honest opinions.

The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating for the special needs of my infant (thanks, Kim!). They had a great selection of lenses and service was timely. Thanks, again!

Entire staff is awesome. Kim has a great personality. Past 3 years have been a great experience.

Kim is one person that I trust! When trying on glasses, I can't see very well when you're picking new ones out. So Kim was my eyes and I trusted her. She has help me pick out ones that look great on me. Thank you, Kim.!

Love this office! The staff is wonderful to work with. Very kind. Helpful and understanding. The Drs are fantastic. They explain everything to you step by step as they check your vision. What you need and what will help you see better. Getting glasses and contacts is a breeze too. They make sure you get exactly what you want and what works with your face. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye dr!
