Have been a patient for over 10 years. Nose guards on my glasses fell off on both sides, called Friday at 10 AM to see if I could stop and get them repaired. "No, we close at 12 and we have no appointments. Maybe drop them off and we'll work on them when we can." Never asked what was needed, let me see if we can get you in, or given an opportunity to schedule an appointment. Not to mention that i absolutely need my glasses, like I'm sure most people do.Went somewhere else that I have never been. Although they were quite busy, they had me out in 10 minutes and the repair only cost $3

I'm very disappointed with this office. I understand that most offices can have appointments booked out past a month or two. However, when a patient is having an issue that may not be able to wait a month or two, I don't see how they can't fit in a 10-minute appointment someplace within a week or so. We all know when we go in the appointment takes around 10 minutes in most cases. I get it, if it's just a checkup or something routine. But when a patient feels there is an issue, that may not be emergency room important but feels it needs addressed sooner than later, an eye doctor could at least try to squeeze you in someplace. I guess at this office you are only a number and not a person.

I cannot praise Dr. Hussing enough for restoring my eyesight to that of a 20 year old. I am near sighted and have had issues past the age of 45 of even seeing a computer monitor screen properly. I was able to provide him the information he needed to correct my vision in a way I never thought possible. There was a lot of patience needed throughout these visits but I couldn't be happier with the end result. I cannot put in proper words how amazing it is to see clearly again. Normal exams don't work for people in the 45-50 age range as the eye begins to harden and requires the doctor to listen carefully to what their needs are. Also, Tonya has the amazing ability to select the perfect eye frame from a very specific list of things I wanted out of it. I highly recommend them both!!

My visit to see Dr. Fath & his staff was a great experience for me. They took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes & was very attentive to my needs & concerns. It was the first time that I ever got contacts so they patiently & kindly showed me how to properly put them in as well as take them out! Dr. Fath & his staff were very friendly & professional! I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

Dr Fath and his staff are incredible. Excellent selection on frames! Everyone there is extremely friendly and patient. I drive an hour to see Dr Fath and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

Great eye doctor. Compassionate, professional, friendly. The only downside is their hours are not convenient for those who are still in the workforce.

Dr. Hussing is simply the best! He translates optometrist lingo into easy to understand terminology. I always look forward to my visit.

Dr Scott Hussing really cares about his patients. He explains everything well. He's kind and very caring. The office staff are very kind and helpful. I've seen Dr Hussing for many years. I drive a long distance to come here because they are that good.
