Please note: The hours claiming they open at 9 are incorrect, at least on weekends. In reality, they open at ten, and have not bothered to go through the effort to change their hours either online or in store. This is what a staff member was eventually able to say because the manager was too preoccupied to explain why it wasn't open. There were multiple people who had arrived expecting the vision center to be open.
Update: It's 16 after ten and they are still not open.

I buy all my kid's glasses here. The prices are reasonable in comparison to places like lense crafters. I know what my insurance covers, and the walls are organized by price, so I can tell them you can choose any pair from [here to here] They are out of my network, but I'm willing to do the little bit of work it takes to submit my claim to insurance for reimbursement. They also have to send out for your order, so it takes a few days. You don't get your glasses day of. But again, I'm willing to sacrifice that convenience for affordability. Never been disappointed.

The techs were friendly and polite, all.introducing themselves before interacting with me. Dr. Boucher is very personable and performed a thorough exam, answering my questions clearly. He informed me that my eyeglasses prescription had changed very little and said that although he was writing a new prescription, it was up to me to get new glasses or not.

I purchased my glasses 3 weeks ago and once they called for me to come and pick them up, I was greeted outside the line, the rope that keeps you from going inside the area and handled my new glasses. The lady who works there told me if I have any problems to go see my eye doctor if I have any problems and walk away after handling me my glasses. I was taken back by that comment, no chances of having a adjustment or even my paperwork to show I picked my glasses. After walking around the store to try out my glasses, I went back to speak up about the glasses, only come to see the lady behind the area was gone. Extremely unhappy with this type of customer service and will be making a formal complaint
