Customer service is bad. I attempted to call today again ( this is my third attempt ) to pick my contact lens. I am a physician and I don't have time to keep on calling. The lady answering the phone was not pleasant. I asked Stephanie Garcia to connect me with Dr Fragoulis a few weeks ago and she called me one minute before closing time 6pm. Don't send automatic texts that the contact lens are ready for pick up if they can not be picked up. Classes for contact lens should not be complicated. How can you not have an opening at 1pm on a Thursday. I am direct requesting Dr Fragoulis to expedite this transaction which has been fully paid.

Everyone was incredibly nice - even though my appointment was the last one of the day and you could tell they were exhausted. I tried on 5 different pairs of glasses but these pics show my final 2 choices. I definitely plan on returning as long as Dr Fragoulis and her staff continue their great work!

I went to The Vision Center for a new scrip for my contact lenses. I was impressed and surprised by the excellent service, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff at the Vision Center! Dr. Fragoulis and her assistant were impressive. I will be returning when I need optical services again.

I had seen Dr. Fragoulis on a previous visit; saw Dr. Ferrer this time. She was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out quickly. I work in an optical clinic for a foreign mission, so I am conversant with equipment, terminology, etc. (I would love to have a mounted autorefractor!) I will be going back to this office, and will recommend it to others.

Very bad experience with most recent contact prescription. I believe that some of it may be a communication issue. However, it has been a continuous game of "telephone" between her and inexperienced customer service representatives. I have been told three different things by three different people and still have been unable to solve the issue and make it possible for me to resolve my issue timely. If you are looking for convenience and professionalism, go someplace else.

I have seen both Dr Fragoulis and Dr Ferrer. And they were both an absolute pleasure. They really care about your vision and eye health. They know their stuff. And they make you feel at ease. I live in the city but I literally go out of my way to see them. So don't let anything about their location put you off.

Dr. Fragoulis is absolutely as nice and helpful as they come. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help as well. Can't really say enough good things about the Vision Center.

The appointment was not like a typical doctor's office visit. It was more like a quick convenient store visit...in and out without any hang ups. Much appreciated. Dr. Fleming...I will be returning. Thank you.
