The entire team is rude & has 0 customer service.
Waited more than 30 min before I was attended to and Dr. Megan Ferrer didn't even apologize or say anything about the delay. Plus one of the technician's needs proper hygiene.
It wasn't just me, I saw the way they spoke rudely and talked about some ladies who came with their kids for appointment.
You need to do better for those still coming here.
I will never be back here again.

Stood there 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me. They were to busy socializing amongst themselves. Was there to purchase contact solutions, woman was rude , it appeared it was an inconvenience for her to look up my prescription. Dont waste your money or time here.

I called to ask an associate if they were doing eye exams. She said yes we are and hung up. I go there wait in line for 20 minutes just to talk to someone. When the eye doctor asked me why I was there I said an eye exam. She tell me it's by appointment only and today they were full. I said I just called and asked she started arguing with me saying you just asked if we were doing eye exams. I said yeah but if it's by appointment only don't you think that's pertinent information to tell someone when they call. She said no you didn't ask about an appointment. I said if you didn't tell me I needed one how the hell would I know I needed to make one, you should tell people these things. She then responded well you didn't ask so. I said why do you think I called and asked if you were doing eye exams to which she responded I don't know. Place is a complete joke and so was she. Will definitely take my eye needs elsewhere for good.

New to the area and asked for some info and help with my son's contacts . Their computers were down , which I understand , but the attitude and unprofessionalism of the girl that I dealt with left me with the thought that this was a store that ' could care less' - I had always used the Walmart Vision Center In Huber Heights , Ohio and they were FANTASTIC! Hope the manager of this store gets some pointers on how to get a little more caring into this location -

The manager answering the phones was 100% unprofessional. Had a tone until I told her I wanted to speak with a manager, she snapped saying SHE was the manager. Since when does management snap and have rude tone of voices with customer's?
If I were the Dr. here I'd be sure to let this "manager" go for treating potential customers with disrespect.

Have used their service in the past and never had a problem until today.
Apparently they no longer give you a laminated card with your Rx info on it, no free lens cloth, and if they're busy and you arrive to pick up your new glasses, they will hand you your glasses and basically shove you out the door with no check to see how they fit, if the Rx is correct, etc..My glasses are NOT CORRECT. So I will be getting a full refund and find somewhere else to go for my optical needs. Walmart vision has lost my business.
And I WILL be contacting their Corp office as well as the BBB.
