This is an excellent eye exam by Dr. Hartman! He's extremely interested in the vision of his patients. Very thorough and attentive to the patients needs for eye care. Gerald Williams, the General Manager of the vision department is outstanding! Gerald takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a pair of glasses, or contacts. It is refreshing to come into a business like this , and to be meant with such high professionalism! I highly recommend this practice of optometry . My Eye DR. In Liberty Township! Been going to this eye doctor for years, seeing Dr Hartman who is awesome! I went to order my glasses and was greeted by an associate who said she would be with me shortly. Kathy was the one that helped me order them. She was very friendly and helpful and explained exactly what the costs were and how much my insurance would pay etc. Kathy did a thorough job and I felt she was very knowledgeable with the order. Erin the technician who helped through the selection process was very professional, patient and helpful. Erin made the process seamless for me. The manager Gerald was also professional and respectful and immediately resolved an issue with a scratch on a previous eyewear. I was super satisfied and very happy with my purchase

I am getting ready to turn 50 and am having my first experience with glasses, I was referred here by my wife who loves the place. I was nervous about this whole ordeal, but I was met with a warm reception upon arrival, the office is beautiful and spacious, and I was taken back for my exam on time. The nurse was very helpful, answered all my questions and I really felt like I was in the right place for my needs. From there I met with Dr. Harmon for 10-15 minutes for the required testing and got prescriptions for both computer glasses and bifocals for everyday needs. I was then greeted by Gerald, the General Manager and a very welcoming person; he was genuinely interested in taking care of me and made sure all my needs to that point had been met. I was welcomed by every single employee that worked in the store, regardless of whether they were helping me out or not. I was then introduced to the final employee who helped check me out and do some measurements on the frames I chose (with help from her and from Gerald.) I would highly recommend this office for your vision/glasses needs, I left feeling very happy with the great experience I had, I am sure I will keep utilizing this office for my needs going forward. Longtime customer at MyEyeDr-- always a great visit with Dr Hartman. Today our optician was Liberty and she was so great! She was extremely knowledgeable as we transitioned our 11-year-old son into adult frame, and she knew what brands and what features to look for/avoid to ensure a great fit. She was personable and fun, and made the "boring" experience fun for my son. He loved hearing about her pets, too. Will always return, but especially happy with Liberty this visit. Gerald W. was also fantastic at adjusting my frames, which have been difficult to adjust due to the frame I chose. Overall, five-star experience!

Gerald was a huge help. The daily migraines have been killing me and I got a notification my glasses were ready after they closed. I called and Gerald stayed after hours just to help me grab my glasses and get the fitment just right. Great customer service!

Erin was extremely helpful and pleasant when helping me get contacts. She went out of her way to help me find the best deal on glasses and contacts and was wonderful throughout our entire interaction.
