Warby Parker Liberty Center

Love Warby! Very nice selection of glasses and very reasonably priced. Price of frame includes single vision lenses. And they mail them directly to your home. This is the only place I go for my glasses! Staff was very friendly as well.

Warby Parker's website was a tremendous help. I used the website before going to the store in person. When I went to the store, Dave greeted us. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with selecting a great pair of glasses. Would definitely recommend!

I came to this Warby Parker a couple weeks ago to get my new glasses fitted. The woman who helped me simply did not care. I asked for bigger nose pads, she put them on upside down (I didn't know this until later). I asked for the frame to fit my face better, instead one side was so bent out that when I went to get them refit at Kenwood today, the optician there had to take a lot of time and effort to get them bent back into shape. Basically it felt like the woman at liberty was just rushing through the motions, she didn't even test the frames on my face. She was the most talkative when I was leaving and she tried to sell me on a new glasses case. I've been shopping at Warby for over a decade and I've never felt disappointed like I did when I went to this store. I'll just stick to Kenwood from here on out.

I had a great experience picking out frames with Jenn. During my first visit she was extremely helpful and saved the frames that I liked for my return. During my second visit. Jenn helped me decide on the frame of my choice. I am very pleased with the frames as well as the price and options.

Brendan at the Liberty location was super helpful and not pushy at all. He helped me select frames, file with insurance, and make the process as smooth as it can be. I also appreciate that they are completely paperless. Will be back for frames as needed in the future!

Ashley and Rachel were awesome! They helped me select the best frame shape and color for me. They were honest and very knowledgeable about their product. Their prices are more reasonable than other places I have purchased eye glasses, even with insurance. The extras you pay for at other places are standard at Warber Parker. That was a big surprise in a good way. I feel I received 4 pair of very nice, updated and stylish glasses for an excellent price. Well worth the visit to West Chester.
