It's been awhile since my last appointment and I'm overdue for an eye exam. I have called, I have email, I have texted, and I have done so for almost a year now and I have yet to have anyone contact me.

Such a pleasant experience. Everyone made feel relaxed and well taken care of. Just picked up my beautiful new glasses! Best ones yet!! Been coming for over 5 years and I'll definitely be back!! Thank You

I had availability to come in again I exam luckily when I called somebody else canceled I got right in professional politely help me out with glasses I can make a split payment and I've been going there for the last several years

Always a positive experience. A comprehensive and thorough eye exam by Dr. Jordan...he is wonderful and has a great presence. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Also nice to receive text reminders. Great off to use in London, Ohio.

The dr and staff were very patient with us. My mom is in her 80's and cannot see real well. They did not seem rushed or annoyed with the extra time needed for her to respond or make decisions. Very reasonable in comparison to what we have had at other providers. Thank you!!

Staff was excellent my phone had died an the girl brought me a charger after I asked her to call my transportation. They were all very knowledgeable. The Dr was fantastic I take tons of medicine she looked it up and we went over it all.

My first appointment at B&J was terrific. The doctor and staff were friendly,professional,and efficient. They also have a wonderful selection of glasses to choose from. I am so glad that they are local and offer outstanding service.

All staff members were very nice, they went above and beyond to make me and my 12 year old son feel at home, and unlike a lot of other vision places they actually let us take our time choosing our frames. Also they have the best options for frames that I have seen anywhere! Most importantly the doc was traveling from Columbus on the morning of both of our appointments and there was slick roads, so to insure the safety of the doctor and us they got ahold of me and worked out a later time in the same day for us to be seen and at the same time. This place is amazing I will never go anywhere else!
