I got my glasses here a couple months ago. I complained that the prescription wasn't quite right and they weren't tight enough. The Dr re-examined my eyes and checked the glasses. He said to wear them first thing in the morning and my eyes would adjust. They also adjusted the tightness of them. Well a couple weeks go by eyes are not adjusted and the glasses are falling off my face. I will be returning to lenscrafters and pay more out of pocket and get better quality. Lesson learned.

Haven't had my new glasses but for a little over 2 months. Hair line cracks are developing in the lens on the right side of the glasses. Like someone else has written about, can't seem to keep them cleaned either. When I call to say that these cracks happened, all I am asked is "Did you pay for that warranty?"
Really? After less than 90 days this happens, and that's all I get as an answer? We were going to get my wife's glasses there, but not after this. We will go somewhere else, this isn't good business.

They get 2 stars only because of Karla and the Dr. that did my exam ( they each get 5 stars ). First it was Very difficult to set up for an exam, and when I showed up for my exam, they didn't even have me down to be fitted for contacts ( so that never happened ). Now I am 3-4 months in with my new glasses, the paint is coming off, and a rubber piece around the early is ripped. When I called in to report it.... I am told it will cost me more money to have the frames replaced ( even though I played extra in the beginning for the insurance )! Not happy at all !

The doctor was very thorough in his exam, I really appreciated the work that he did and the receptionists went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything for my exam. They were all very friendly and sociable. It was an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Ordered my glasses thru Kristy, when I picked them up Karla fitted them for me, she would not adjust them how I wanted, this isn't the first time this has happened with her but it will be the last. Kristy has adjusted mine before and gets them just how I want them, has adjusted them after Karla before. To far to drive to not be satisfied, won't be back as long as Karla is working there.
