Called this morning, lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. They haven't had an optometrist for MONTHS! Have been here multiple times due to living close and every time has been unpleasant. Every one acts like you're inconveniencing them just being there and them having to do their job. Also, not good with kids! Just a JOKE in general. Would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off when I initially set up my exam for a contact exam I was told it be $55 when I came to the appointment it was now $122 so that was strike 1. Then when I arrive to my appointment they told me it was only for a glasses exam which is why it was $55 even though I confirmed with the lady on the phone it was for contacts and the price. Strike three was when I told them I wanted to try a different brand then the one I'm currently on which I told the eye doctor what brand I was currently using them I go to pick up my trials and it's the same exact brand. I'm so upset with them it feels like a joke

To the lady who decided to comment on my son throwing a fit. My son is sick. He's not feeling well I ONLY came out because my dog chewed up my glasses and I can't see without them. So for your rude comments to my son about him being upset shame on you yes he wanted candy no he wasn't getting any no your comments about how other kids don't get to go trick or treating because they are in the hospital didn't help he's 3! And sick!!!!! and when he kept telling me he wanted candy you telling him" ya I bet you do" over and over DID NOTHING! Like keep your thoughts to yourself! Your rude comments to my son were unnecessary and UNPROFESSIONAL! Your lucky I was more worried about get my glasses fixed him medicine and getting home because if you would have caught me at any other time this wouldn't be a conversation over the reviews

Very rude staff, one lady 15 yr badge Walmart was awful to deal with!! I'm having hard time seeing out my junk glasses they sold me..she hates customers!! Quit already you rude lady.

Do not use Walmart optical. I know it's convenient and they take basically every type of insurance but they will ruin your vision if you're not careful. Twice they completely botched my prescription.
Instead find a Clarkson's optical and go there. You've been warned.

I am not sure why the vision center opens on Sunday, we go in prescription in hand, and cannot place an order because an apprentice is on duty alone. She apparently wasn't happy to be gainfully employed either, she was very rude.
