Dr. Zane P. Lazer, MD

The treatments I received were the best they could be. Dr Lazer was great as were all the associates employed there! Not one person made me the least bit uncomfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told should be taken back in a few minutes. Well when I was waiting another patient came in at 10;50 I was still waiting a half hour after my appointment time and then a nurse came out and took the other patient that came in after me back so I approached the receptionist and she said he was ahead of me. I was still waiting never told that they were running this far behind on appointments I finally got taken back ended up being there for over two hours for just a follow up. This is way out of hand. You probably have lost a patient and any referrals. Oh I also had a 8:45 original appointment and I was sent a voice mail on Thursday that your office needed to change my appointment time to 10:45 which was not my choice which meant your office should have been ready to take care of me at 10:45 since your office made me have a different appointment time from the original appointment time

Was there with my mother in law. I have seen cattle treated better than what were today!! I witnessed a military veteran not treated with respect when he was clearly joking around with the staff. Dr Laser is very full of himself, medium fish in a little pond is his reality. After we left the facility I quickly found another clinic. I would use this place as a last option! Support staff are all covered in tattoos. Garbage atmosphere!

Dr. Lazor is very nice and professional. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He did a great job. It did not hurt. I have to go back and get laser surgery to remove scar tissue then I'm hoping I will see better after they are removed. A bonus, he has a friendly staff working with him.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Dr Lazer was very kind and friendly. Glad he is my Dr.

All of the staff I encountered were wonderful except for Dr. Lazer. He made me feel very rushed. He continually spoke over me to the point that I was only able to ask one question, which was answered in a very exasperated tone. He seemed almost annoyed at my presence. I had more questions, but did not feel able to ask them because he was so rushed to get out the door.

Surgery went well. Staff is great.

Pleasing experience. Found all staff friendly, helpful and kind. I'd give Dr. Lazer a superior review too. Answers all questions you might have re: procedure and then some. So glad I was referred here by my optometrist.
