Dr. Agnon is amazing! She did my cateract surgery and then my husbands cateract surgery! We can't believe how good we see again and it was not at all painful! Then I had eye lid lift surgery because it interfered with my side vision. Absolutely NO pain! I not only can see like when I was younger but I also look younger! I would recommend her to everyone!

Today I was to have laser surgery on my left eye. I didn't know what to expect, but Dr Agnone had explained it to me, but I still wondered what it would be. Well...it went just as the doctor explained. I had no pain at all. Just a little blurriness was all. And even that went away fairly quickly.
The procedure went smooth and no pain. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

A few years ago I made the mistake of letting Dr. Agnone remove a cataract from my right eye. I had pretty bad astigmatism already and due to her unique surgical method (which almost no other eye surgeons perform) she made the astigmatism MUCH worse. I would have had better vision just leaving the cataract in. When I needed the left eye done I of course went to another competent Dr. (Orlando) and everything was fine. I even looked into a malpractice claim but her technique is an acceptable practice although it makes astigmatism MUCH worse. Do yourself a favor and pass Dr. Agnone by. The appointments were never followed on time (waiting over an hour in some cases) and her bedside manner is rushed and cold to say the least which makes the hour wait time even more unacceptable.

Everything was done just as they told me. My wait for each cataract procedure was minimal, and I liked being at the Eye Center. My recovery was quick and easy, and I can't believe how beautiful the colors are. I no longer need glasses for distance or normal reading. Thank you Dr. Agnone and Staff.

I am so grateful that Dr. Agnone was able to successfully improve my eyesight in my left eye which has a piggyback lens.
She had inserted the piggyback lens in 2005 after another ophthalmologist had cut too big of an opening while doing cataract surgery in 1995, leaving me with light rays across my eye from overhead lights.
I had had issues with the left eye for several years as my eyesight got steadily worse in the that eye. The ophthalmologists and specialist that I had been seeing in Florida suggested leaving it as it was and using reading glasses. As my right eye is a reading eye and was working well, this was not a possible solution. Additionally, I would not be able to drive with just my reading eye if my left eye got much worse.
I then called Dr. Agnone's office to see if she could see me when I was going to be in Ohio in August even though I was no longer an active patient. She saw me, she fixed me and she is now my permanent eye doctor! Hallelujah!
(I will be seeing her annually when I am in Ohio!)

Dr Agnone saved my vision several years ago. The Community is very lucky to have her ! I am now up In northern Ohio between Toledo and Cleveland, I CAN NOT find an Ophthalmologist as good as her ! I was having terrible headaches and started to have blind spots in my vision. I had been through a bunch of tests through my family Dr but had no answers. Dr Agnone did several tests in her office and told me I had Pseudo Ceribri. I was producing to much spinal fluid. It was putting pressure on my optic nerve and when it went really high, causing my blind spots. I didn't want to go to Columbus for treatment but ended up there because my body didn't respond to what was available in Marysville. There I ended up with a shunt in my back to keep the pressure down. Very little was known about my condition , even in Columbus. But we did get to the bottom of the problem and I can see ! If not for Dr Agnone getting me to the correct Drs and pushing me I would be blind. Yes, you may wait in her office past your appointment time BUT you are going to get the BEST care. Someone that does the BEST for you ! I hope this helps someone else out there with vision problems to seek Dr Agnone's care, it's well worth it !
