I'd like to share feedback from my recent visit. Dr. Lanning is excellent--she is knowledgeable, attentive, and the reason I continue coming to Clarkson. However, my experience in the sales office was disappointing. I arrived early, prepared to place three orders for my family, but the staff member assisting me repeatedly emphasized a noon system upgrade rather than helping me complete the purchases. While I understand system needs, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, especially given the size of my order and the limited time I have outside of work. Although the associate apologized, I left feeling that my business was not valued. This is not the first service issue I've encountered, and it may cause me to consider other providers despite my trust in Dr. Lanning.

I took our 2 older kids on Tuesday November 19th and the whole staff was amazing, super nice and attentive. Even helped keep my 2 younger kids distracted. My wife and I had our appointments on the following Friday and they were just as brilliant as Tuesday. Definitely recommend them. Very satisfied.
