Doctors and workers are great, the wait time however is not. My first appointment I waited over 30 mins before I was taken back, only to wait more for the doctor. I was there almost two hours. My second appointment was supposed to be a 30 min contact fitting. I waited an hour and ended up having to leave and reschedule. I never saw the doctor.

The last time I was there, I was there for 3 hours. Waiting more than 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Morrison. I have arthritis in my back and knees and also sciatica. After waiting in the exam room chairs, I could hardly walk when I left, I was in such pain. There was no apology for how long the wait was. If they cannot keep their appts on time, they should not schedule as many. I will find another opthomologist.

Every time I go there every one is so helpful, and professional. I would trust Charlotte Agnone to remove my eyes and replace them. She definitely knows what she's doing!
I was getting close to not being able to see over my nose, (cataracts, and glacouma) she fixed me right up, now I ONLY use cheaters to read.

I was referred to Dr. Morrison by my family Doctor to treat my mother. Dr. Morrison and the staff are wonderful people. They are very accommodating courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Morrison has a magical medical touch and personality. We visited her office 3 times. It was always very positive and comforting. I think Dr. Morrison is the highest example of the medical profession. I thank her dearly for taking care of my mother and I highly recommend her for others.

I have never seen a medical facility where the people never have an attitude always kind and courteous answer all questions the medical facility and building itself is one of the most sanitary facilities I've ever been in. I had surgery June 29, 2023 from Dr. Morrison, she repaired my eyesight. I have never been happier and more pleased with the performance of staff as far as insurance and follow up visits would recommend to anyone worldwide.

Dr. Morrison removed my cataracts back in 2004. It was a very scary eperience. She made it seem so easy. I loved her let say bedside manner. I went to my othomolgist today. He was very impressed by the job she did.

People are nice but they have 2 doctors 55 helpers and they triple book their slots with older people . We sat there for 3 hours almost every other time we go there . It's a long wait always !!! Old people sitting waiting forever!!!

Drs. Are great however the scheduling department is terrible. You always has to wait more than an hour or even have you reschedule, so make sure you have the entire day for your appointment.
